3. Categories of Personal Data
Identification data: name, company name.
Contact data: email address, phone number (if provided via WhatsApp).
Professional data: company size, project description.
Technical data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access logs.
4. Recipients
We do not sell your personal data. Data may be shared with:
- Cloudflare, Inc. (US) — website hosting, security (WAF), and analytics. Transfers under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
- LLM API providers (e.g., OpenAI) — only when processing client data as part of contracted services, under explicit client instruction and Data Processing Agreements.
- Competent public authorities when required by law.
5. International Transfers

6. Retention Periods
- Contact form inquiries: 2 years from last interaction.
- Client contract data: 6 years (Código de Comercio, Art. 30).
- Marketing consent records: until withdrawal + 1 year.

- Data blocked for potential legal claims: retained for the applicable statute of limitations period.

We do not engage in prohibited AI practices under AI Act Title II, including social scoring, subliminal manipulation, or exploitation of vulnerabilities.
